This may be the most dysfunctional franchise in the NFL. Remember when they were going to be the next great dynasty? All that great Hall of Fame like talent on both sides of the ball? Yet the players and the team are always at odds. ALWAYS. Either they drafted highly talented malcontents repeatedly or they don't know how to manage a team. Philip Rivers is an elite QB. It's a shame he works for an elitist GM like AJ SMITH. This team won't get those championships because AJ seems to think you can treat talent anyway you like with consequence. Look for rookie HB Ryan Matthews to have a big year rushing. PREDICTION: 9-7
