I was 10-6 last week. John was 7-9. Our records are 25-23 & 26-22 respectively.
I took the Redskins on Thursday. John took the Giants. Wow! Kirk Cousins sure made us forget about RG III huh?
Here are this weeks' picks:
1.) Miami Dolphins (1-2) in London (-4) vs. Oakland Raiders (0-3)
Too many points for the Dolphins.
PREDICTION: RAIDERS TO COVER
2.) Green Bay Packers (1-2) (-2) at Chicago Bears (2-1)
Neither Eddie Lacy or Matt Forte have played well this season, but for Forte it's because he hasn't featured. That is fixable and the difference.
PREDICTION: BEARS
3.) Houston Texans (2-1) at home (-3) vs. Buffalo Bills (2-1)
Which team is for real? I don't know. I'll go with the home team.
PREDICTION: TEXANS
4.) Indianapolis Colts (1-2) at home (-7.5) vs. Tennessee Titans (1-2)
Charlie Whitehurst is starting at QB for the Titans.
PREDICTION: COLTS
5.) Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) at home vs. Carolina Panthers (2-1)
Too many points.
PREDICTION: RAVENS
6.) Detroit Lions (2-1) (-2) at New York Jets (1-2)
Geno Smith at home vs. Detroit on the road. Jets secondary vs. Megatron. Hmmmm
PREDICTION: LIONS
7.) Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1) at home vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-3)
So easy to pick.
PREDICTION: STEELERS
8.) San Diego Chargers (2-1) at home (-13) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3)
I like Blake Bortles but not in San Diego.
PREDICTION: CHARGERS
9.) San Francisco 49ers (1-2) at home (-4.5) vs. Philadelphia Eagles (3-0)
Nick Foles proved he is real. The 49ers need a win. Too many points.
PREDICTION: EAGLES
10.) Atlanta Falcons (2-1) (-3) at Minnesota Vikings (1-2)
Easy.
PREDICTION: FALCONS
11.) New Orleans Saints (1-2) (-3) at Dallas Cowboys (2-1)
Saints on the road?
PREDICTION: COWBOYS
12.) New England Patriots (2-1) (-3) at Kansas City Chiefs (1-2)
The Pats are not the same.
PREDICTION: CHIEFS
