March 16, 2006: EVERY DEMOCRAT SENATOR VOTES AGAINST RAISING DEBT CEILING

Direct from the pages of brazen hypocrisy. On March 16, 2006 the debt ceiling was raised by a vote of 52-48 in the United States Senate. Every single Democrat, including Obama,Kerry and Clinton voted AGAINST raising the debt ceiling. I wonder why they support raising it now? I guess it was ok to risk economic calamity when Bush was President. After all, he would've gotten all the blame for it. And hey isn't that what this is all about?
