NFL PICKS WEEK 13 2014

I was 7-8 last week. John was 4-11.

I was 3-0 on Thanksgiving. John was 2-1.

Our season records are 102-76-1 & 89-89-1, I must say that John's record suggests he is otherwise distracted.

Here are this weeks' picks:

1,) Indianapolis Colts (7-4) at home (-9) vs. Washington Redskins (3-8)

Colt McCoy is not enough

2.) Houston Texans (5-6) at home (-7) vs. Tennessee Titans (2=9)

Rookie QB Zack Mettenberger keeps it close

PICK: TITANS TO COVER

3.) Buffalo Bills (6-5) at home (-3.5) vs. Cleveland Browns (7-4)     

An emotional week for Buffalo will  pay dividends but not enough to cover.

PICK: BROWNS TO COVER

4.) Baltimore Ravens (7-4) at home (-6.5) vs. San Diego Chargers (7-4)

Too many points.

PICK: CHARGERS TO COVER

5.) New York Giants (3-8) (-3) at Jacksonville Jaguars (1-10)

Even for the GMEN this is a no brainer.

6.) Cincinnati Bengals (7-3-1) (-3.5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-9)

Looks like it wasn't all Greg Schiano's fault.

7.) St. Louis Rams (4-7) at home (-6.5) vs. Oakland Raiders (1-10)

The Rams are getting closer.

8.) Pittsburgh Steelers (7-4) at home (-3) vs. New Orleans (4-7) 

The Saints have lost three straight games at home and go to Pittsburgh.

PICK: STEELERS

9.) Minnesota Vikings (4-7) at home (-2) vs. Carolina Panthers (3-7-1)

With this win the Panthers will be in first place!

10.) Arizona Cardinals (9-2) (-2.5) at Atlanta Falcons (4-7)

The Falcons can't stop the run.

11.) Green Bay Packers (8-3) at home (-2.5) vs. New England Patriots (9-2)     

 Gut feeling.

12.) Denver Broncos (8-3) (-1) at Kansas City Chiefs (7-4) 

HMMMMMM

13.) Miami Dolphins (7-4) (-7) at New York Jets (2-9)

Normally, too many points, but I'm sure you could win at fantasy football with the Dolphins defense all by itself this week.

NFL PICKS WEEK TWELVE 2014

I was 9-5 last week. John was 8-6.  That brings our season records to 92-68-1 and 83-77-1 respectively. What a year.

We both took the Chiefs on Thursday. We should've been skeptical of a winless Raiders team in that historic rivalry.

Here are This weeks' picks:

Despite last weeks' letdown I'm not off the bandwagon.

The Vikings don't have enough.

NFL PICKS WEEK ELEVEN 2014

I was spectacular 11-2 last week. John was a paltry 7-6.

Our season long records are now 83-63-1 and 75-71-1, but I am clearly the superior prognosticator.

We both took the Dolphins on Thursday

Here are this weeks' picks:

1.) Cleveland Browns (6-3) at home (-3.5) vs. Houston Texans (4-5)

Ryan Mallett at QB. No Arian Foster. Ride the wave baby. Ride the wave.

2.) Chicago Bears (3-6) at home (-3) vs. Minnesota Vikings (4-5)

The Bears are finding ways to lose.

3.) Kansas City Chiefs (6-3) at home (-1) vs. Seattle Seahawks (6-3)

Andy has the Chiefs in a better place right now.

There are statues in better health and greater mobility than Cam Newton at the moment.
